Cartographic records which contain the officially designated record copy of maps created by an agency. These records document unique cartographic information about the state of Utah. They may include maps, charts, aerial photographs, globes, models, and raised relief maps these are a graphic representation of the earth?s surface drawn to scale.

These are the minutes of regular, special, and emergency meetings of official county committees, boards, and task forces. They may also include an official agenda.

These case files document the zoning activities of the Board of Adjustment. They are used to document the cases brought before the Board of Adjustment and its decisions. They contain the original application; findings and order; correspondence; and any exhibits such as plot plans or elevations.
